March 07 2008 - TJ the DJ continues to add more live mix show duties on B94 in Pittsburgh. Every Friday for your drive home to kick off the weekend TJ the DJ goes LIVE with B94 jock KOBE during his show to mix your requests live from 5pm till 6pm every Friday afternoon! February 01 2008 - TJ the DJ adds (2) new venues this month. Fridays continue to shin in the south side as TJ continues year 2 at Town Tavern. Saturday nights move to the cultural district on Penn Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh at MANY's restaurant and club. Every other Sunday TJ the DJ and Privilege resident DJ, DIGITAL DAVE, take turns spinning the original S.I.N. Service Industry night at Diesel nightclub in the south side.

January 12 2008 - TJ the DJ spins 'IN DA CLUB' LIVE on B94 andon B94.com each and every Saturday night from 10 PM till 1AM! 



December 31 2007 - TJ the DJ spins the Grand Opening of MOTO Night Lounge in Pittsburgh's Strip District for New Years Eve 2007.



October 05 2007 - At 5:00 PM on Friday, October 5th, 2007, The station that launched my career in the industry returned to the airwaves in Pittsburgh on frequency, 93.7.  B94 was returned after 2, unsuccessful attempts at format changes to make room for Howard Stern in 2005 and the MAN STATION after that.  The sign-on at 5PM that day was amazing can can me listened to by clicking here.  I am in the process of attempting employment at B94. September 2007 - TJ the DJ sings an agreement to return to DEJAVU lounge in Pittsburgh's Strip District to spin Wednesdays and Saturday nights.

 

August 14-15 2007 - TJ the DJ made a 36 hour pilgrimage out to the South Jersey shore to pay homage to the peers that make our industry wheels go round. The 2007 International DJ Expo marks TJ the DJ's 5th year of attendance.  This years panel consisted of a few new faces and advanced the toping of MIXING TECHNIQUES and the inclusion of making your own remixes and the current MASH-UP craze.  

July 26th 2007 - DJ Sizzahandz approved the introduction of TJ the DJ's mashup production to the archives of the Crooklyn Clan Vault (www.CrooklynClan.net). This is a tremendous honor to create mixes for the masses along with the likes of DJ Sizzahandz and DJ Riz (the mashup pioneers) from the Crooklyn Clan, DJ AM, DJ 2nd Nature, DJ John Farruggio, Rock-It! May 18th 2007 - The Town Tavern brought  MTV/Jackass I & II Steve-O to Town and 'TJ the DJ' and Steve-O collaborate on some freestyle tracks live from the Town Tavern. Footage can be found on HeyPittsburgh.com, YouTube.com, MySpace.com and Break.com

April 21st 2007 - Full Tilt Remix Volume 09 debuts on our website at Full Tilt Remixc dot com.

March 20-28 2007 - Full Tilt Remix will represent in Miami, Florida at Wimter Music Conference. My partner, Marcus McBride, will be on hand to answer any questions you might have in regards to both Full Tilt Remix and his XM Satellite Radio Show. August 28 2006 - After months of PURE persistency, TOWN TAVERN Pittsburgh has taken TJ the DJ out of his short but relaxing weekends retirement by hiring him for an exclusive Saturday night  residency until his move to Arizona.  A bit different than his current Thursday residency, TJ the DJ will be performing live exclusive rock and hip/hop 'mashups' from 10 PM till 2 AM each and every Saturday through the remainder of 2006.  At least he gets Fridays off!! LOL! Come down and enjoy!

August 20 - 25 2006 - TJ the DJ and the Full Tilt Remix Staff embark to Atlantic City, New Jersey for the annual DJ Times International DJ Expo.  TJ the DJ will co-panel with the likes of Industry veterans, Rob La France, Paul Daily, John Anthony, DJ Sticky Boots and Marcus McBride the topic: The Art of Transitions: Advanced Mixing Techniques for DJ's.  As a crossover-leaning club jock, how do you gracefully move from a 90-BPM urban tune to a garage track clocking in at 125? Are there shortcuts & secrets that can make your job easier? You bet there are, and this distinguished panel will show you the way in this instructive workshop. By demonstrating techniques that incorporate a cappellas, party breaks, loops and special mixes, the panel will teach you how to mix into or mix out of anything. August 13 2006 -  After 4 years (almost to the day) as resident DJ for the Tiki Lounge in Pittsburgh (2002 - 2006) I have decided to resign effective Friday, August 11, 2006.  I would like to thank both Steve and Scott the owners of the Tiki Lounge as well as Dane, Erin, Justin, Bethany, Laura, Michelle, Meryll, Shannon, Adam, Officer Bob, Amy, and the dozens of past employees over the past 4 years I had the pleasure of working with.  Last but not least I wish to thank YOU the customers, over 100 of which send me well wishes and thank you's this weekend via email.  I was quite taken back and thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Good luck DJ Luke Duke whom I hope takes over the reigns for me and the traditions of PHAT jams and great music at the Tiki Lounge!  All The Best!

July 11 2006 - TJ the DJ opens for DJ Skribble at the Town Tavern in Pittsburgh's Southside.  The Official All-Star Game After-party was hosted by New York Yankee Derek Jeter.  Guests of interest included all Major League Baseball All-Stars and actress Alissa Milano.

July 10 2006 - TJ the DJ spins an encore MAXIM event for world renown promotor, Noah Flom. The event runs from 11PM till 5 AM.  Guests of interest were ESPN's Chris Berman and Meryll Hodge, Roberto Clemente Jr., Derek Jeter, Arod, David Wright, and many MLB All-Stars.
